This PT-19 was given to Tony Daiuto president of the Monroe Marauders, upon which Tony then donated it to the local EAA Chapter 1241’s Aviation museum, but not before volunteering the Marauders time to restore this aircraft for display purposes only. The EAA museum is located at the Florida Keys Airport in Marathon, Florida. The aircraft was picked up in Lakeland, Florida, where it had been in storage for many years. The process of piecing the plane together will take hundreds of hours to complete. But well worth the effort as they are a rare aircraft. Please stop by the Marauders headquarters and check out this beautiful aircraft as it is being put back into shape. We welcome volunteers and donations in getting this bird ready.
